TABLE SAW

The serrated blade glides through lettuce without any browning, which I didn't expect from a kitchen gadget. It's bigger than I pictured, so it lives on a hook rather than in the drawer, but honestly I don't mind.

I was skeptical about a saw in my utensil drawer, but this thing glides through a head of romaine in one pass and the edges don't brown like they do with a knife. The big toothy blade is honestly kind of fun to use, and it made quick work of slicing a sheet cake cleanly too.
