SWEET SERENITY

Chilled this in the freezer before bed last night and the tourmaline beads stayed cold way longer than I expected. The lavender scent is subtle, not perfumey, which I appreciate since strong smells give me headaches.

I've been warming this in the microwave for about 20 seconds before bed and the lavender scent is genuinely soothing without being overpowering. The tourmaline beads hold the heat way longer than I expected, and the little bow makes it cute enough to leave on my nightstand.

Popped this in the freezer before bed and the cold lavender knocked me out faster than my usual melatonin. The little bow detail is cuter than the photos suggest, though I do wish the strap were slightly adjustable.
