I was skeptical about the tourmaline beads actually doing anything, but the weight alone knocks me out cold during my afternoon naps. The lavender is subtle rather than overpowering, which I appreciate since strong scents give me headaches.

The lavender scent is strong enough to actually notice but not overpowering, and the beads stay cool against my eyes for the whole 20 minutes I wear it. I've been using it every night before bed and it's become the signal for my brain to shut down.
