TEA-HAW!

I wasn’t expecting a tea infuser to make me smile every morning, but this little boot actually does. The hook grips the mug rim well and the boot body holds just the right amount of loose leaf for a solid cup.

The little heel hook keeps it from sliding into the mug, which was my main worry with loose leaf. Filled it with Earl Grey and got a clean cup with no stray leaves floating around. Steeping at dawn is a nice ritual now.

I wasn't sure a novelty infuser would actually work, but it hooks onto the mug securely and steeps loose leaf properly. Cleaning the boot toe takes a little extra fiddling, though the fun design makes up for it.
