I'm weirdly particular about even dicing, and this board's surface has just enough grip that my onions stop sliding around mid-cut. It's held up fine after a few weeks of near-daily use, no deep scratches from my chef's knife yet.
I’m the type who lines up my knife cuts before committing, and this 9 x 12 surface hasn’t let me down once—the size is perfect for small prep work, and the sustainable build feels solid without being heavy. It’s already handled a week of daily chopping and still looks as precise as day one.
Slicing onions and peppers on this thing is weirdly satisfying since the surface is so smooth and even. It's a touch small when I'm prepping a whole tray of veggies, but for everyday meals it does the job.
