SLOP TARTS

These things are the best little conversation starter for the kitchen sink, and watching them puff up from those flat discs is genuinely fun. They get the job done on everyday messes, and the silly presentation actually makes me look forward to doing the dishes.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from compressed sponges, but dropping one in water and watching it puff up into a little toast slice honestly made my whole morning. They hold up well scrubbing dishes and the fun shape actually makes me less grumpy about doing the sink, which is saying a lot.

The toast-shaped design is such a fun touch for the kitchen counter, and I love that they start out as flat little discs before blooming into real sponges once they hit water. Four in a pack means I can swap one out mid-week without feeling guilty about the price.
